Ingredients for Sundown Sour

• 15ml/½fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 passion fruit, pulp only
• 1 tsp grenadine syrup
• 35ml/1¼fl oz golden rum
• 15ml/½fl oz apricot liqueur

Preparation method

Pour all of the sundown sour ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Add a scoop of crushed ice and shake well.

Strain the mixture into a coupette glass and serve.
